General Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy
- We accept cash/Payid payment at the start of each driving lesson or license test.
- Hourly lesson price will vary depending on the location
- Any cancellation made less than 48 hrs will result a 50% cancellation fee for weekdays and 100% cancellation fee for weekends & Public holiday.
- To reschedule a lesson, more than 48h hrs' notice is necessary. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will also incur the lesson fee
- 2 hours lesson minimum on Saturday & Sunday. Advance full payment is required for weekends booking.
- $5 per Hour surcharge applies on Night(after 6pm), Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday
- Payment for the Packages must be made in full on the 1st lesson or by direct deposit 48 hours before the first lesson.
- Prices does not include Service NSW booking fees or Licence fees or use of vehicle on test day
- We retain the authority to reschedule any lesson, provided we give reasonable notice
- We may refuse to conduct a lesson if you are deemed unfit to operate a vehicle or are suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, the lesson fee remains payable.
- You are required to possess and carry a current Australian driving license (Class C LRN or C) or an equivalent overseas license during all lessons.
- All students must wear appropriate footwear during lessons. Recommended are flat-soled, enclosed shoes that offer a secure fit and proper pedal control.
- It's important to be prepared for your lesson 10 minutes before the agreed start time. Should you fail to arrive as scheduled, the instructor will wait for up to 15 minutes, during which any delay will be subtracted from your lesson's total duration. Arrivals beyond this 15-minute window give the instructor the discretion to cancel the lesson, in which case the full lesson fee will still be applicable.
- It's important to be prepared for your lesson 10 minutes before the agreed start time. - We strive to start all lessons on time and with the designated instructor. However, we cannot be held accountable for delays or instructor changes caused by unforeseen circumstances. Should such a situation affect the start time of your lesson, we are committed to providing the full lesson duration whenever possible. If delivering the full scheduled time isn't feasible, we will arrange for the lesson to be rescheduled to a more convenient time.
- You are required to follow your instructor's instructions and directions at all times, both before and during the lesson.

We reserve the right to terminate a lesson if:
a. You engage in behaviour deemed reckless by your instructor, or
b. You do not follow the instructions or directions given by your instructor, either before or during the lesson, or
c. You fail to meet specific conditions of your license, such as the requirement to wear glasses or contacts. - We, along with our driving instructors, bear no responsibility for any personal property left behind in an instructor-supplied vehicle.
- Driving lessons in your vehicle are permitted after you have completed at least one full lesson with us to assess your driving skills. Following this assessment, if your instructor agrees to conduct lessons in your vehicle, it is your responsibility to ensure that your car is insured with both compulsory third-party and comprehensive insurance. We, along with our driving instructors, will not be held accountable for any traffic violations or accidents that may occur while conducting driving lessons in your vehicle.
CAR HIRE FOR DRIVING TEST

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CAR HIRE
If for any reason Swift & Easy Driving School is unable to meet Service NSW standards on day of the test, a portion of the fee will be refunded
Car hire option is only available to our regular students who have previously taken lessons from our school (Not for people wanting to just hire a car for the test)
If your logbook/overseas licence does not meet Service NSW standards, my fee is still payable
Driving test fee must be paid in advance & It is your responsibility to bring all necessary documents needed for the exam(Forms , Licence, ID’s e.t.c)
All the prices of our driving lessons are subject to change without prior notice
Pickup & drop off at your desirable location, within 15 km’s
- Your instructor will present you to Service NSW for your driving test only if they determine you are sufficiently safe and prepared to undertake the test.
- If for any reason Swift & Easy Driving School is unable to meet Service NSW standards on day of the test, a portion of the fee will be refunded
- Car hire option is only available to our regular students who have previously taken lessons from our school (Not for people wanting to just hire a car for the test)
- We will not be held liable if your driving test is cancelled due to any errors in your log book, except for those entries made by us. Your log book contains detailed instructions on how to accurately fill it in. It is your responsibility to ensure that your log book is correctly completed and meets all required standards before your driving test appointment.

If you are presented to Service NSW for a driving test by one of our instructors and your test is cancelled for reasons not attributable to us, including but not limited to the following, you will be required to pay the Driving Test Package fee in full:
a. Errors or omissions in your log book, for which you bear full responsibility
b. Booking an incorrect type of test, such as a Hazard Perception Test instead of the Driving Test.
c. Discrepancies in the test's scheduled time or location.
d. Cancellation or rescheduling by Service NSW due to staff shortages or other unforeseen circumstances. - If your overseas licence does not meet Service NSW standards, my fee is still payable
- Driving test fee must be paid in advance & It is your responsibility to bring all necessary documents needed for the exam(Forms , Licence, ID’s e.t.c)
